Sure to Please Cheese Bread

1 loaf of french bread
2 oz. Jack’s Harvest Yummy Bunny Carrots
2 oz. Jack’s Harvest No Sass Spaghetti Sauce
4 tablespoons shredded low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
oregano (optional)

Split French bread in half. Peel garlic clove, cut clove in half and rub cut side on each side of bread. Spread thinly carrot puree on each side. Spread thinly spaghetti sauce on each side. Top with mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with flax seed oil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano. Place split loaf on foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy.

The carrot puree adds a nice bit of sweetness and Vitamin A. And no one knows they are eating their veggies!
