Sweet Potato French Toast
A lip-smacking breakfast with a sweet twist. Full recipe.

Dairy-Free Jack’s Harvest Smoothie
Add to blender: 1 bag (12 oz) frozen papplesauce, ¼ cup organic peanut butter, 2 cups organic orange juice, and up to ¼ cup wheat germ (optional). Blend and enjoy. Special thanks Margie Verdon, Chief Edibles Officer of Six Beans, for this delicious (and dairy-free) smoothie recipe.

Easy Mango Margarita
Add 12 oz. (1 bag) of thawed tango with mango to your fave margarita mix. Add a little tequila and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Blend and enjoy responsibly.

Coco Mango Pops
Add to blender: 12 oz. (1 bag) of thawed tango with mango, 1 14 oz. can of coconut milk, 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar and 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Purée until blended. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze until firm and serve. (For an adult treat, add 2 oz. of rum to mix and freeze.)

Blueberrytastic Bananas with Protein
Add to blender: 1/2 bag blueberrytastic banana, 2 cups milk (almond, soy are great), 1 whole banana, 1 cup ice, 1 small container vanilla yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tsp flax seed oil
Blend and enjoy! Great source of phytochemicals, protein, potassium, calcium and omega 3s.

Blueberrytastic Banana Split
Thaw 3 oz. cubes of blueberrtastic bananas, pour on top of 1 cup premium vanilla ice cream, 1/4 cup milk, 8 chocolate wafers. Serve topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a cherry. Delish!

Papplesauce Champagne Punch
Add to punch bowl: 12 oz. (1 bag) frozen papplesauce cubes, 1 bottle champagne or Prosecco, 2 cups seltzer water, 1/2 cup brandy. Garnish with berries and peach slices.

Mango Party Punch
This punch will make guests do the Tango. Mix Sprite, fruit punch and orange juice, then float tango with mango cubes to keep cold. As cubes melt, eat like popsicles!

Sweet and Sneaky Brownies
Add 4 oz. of lip-smacking sweet potatoes to your favorite brownie mix. Bake and enjoy! Our sweet potato puree adds a nice bit of sweetness and Vitamin A. It also makes the brownies moister and no one knows they are eating their veggies! Watch video.

No Sass Spaghetti Sauce

Twice Baked Sweet Pots
Put lip-smacking sweet potatoes in ramekins sprayed with organic cooking spray. Set out mini marshmallows, brown sugar, raisins, salsa, cheddar cheese, scallions, broccoli and let your kids choose their toppings. Place on foil lined baking dish and put in oven for 7 minutes or until bubbly. Watch video.

Pour Prosecco, champagne or sparkling cider over 1 frozen heart-shaped cube of Jack’s Harvest (Papplesauce and What a Pear work best) and garnish with a raspberry.

Papplesauce Oatmeal Cookies

Dreamy Creamy Cheese Spread
Mix 1 oz. of thawed Jack’s Harvest fruit of your choice with 3 tablespoons of softened cream cheese. Spread on lightly toasted bread and enjoy.

Butternut Squash-ed Buttered Noodles

Butternut Squash-ed Soup
Add a touch a cream to warm butternut squash-ed apples for a delicious soup. Garnish with a sprig of sage. For adults, add salt and pepper to taste.

Green Mashed Potatoes
Add 2 oz. of more peas, please to 1 cup of mashed potatoes.

Jack’s Perfect Parfait
One layer of crushed graham crackers. One layer of thawed Jack’s Harvest fruit of your choice. One layer of vanilla yogurt. Top with crushed graham crackers and dig in!

More Soup, Please
Serve more peas, please in a shot glass as a wonderful amuse buche. Garnish with whole mint leaves.

Out with Oil
Substitute papplesauce in place of up to half the oil in your baked goods to reduce the fat content. For example, if your recipe calls for ½ cup of oil, use ¼ cup oil and 4 cubes of papplesauce.

Scrumptious Smoothies
Blend Jack’s Harvest fruit of your choice with ¼ cup of yogurt, ¼ cup of juice and ¼ cup of ice. Smoothies are also a great way to sneak in other good stuff like ground flax seeds, probiotics or silken tofu.
